On 03/26/18 members of the Winterset Police Department arrested 53 year old Eric Paul Eyerly. Eyerly was arrested at his residence in Winterset. He is charged with three counts of Sexual Assault in the 3rd Degree (IA Code 709.4) and two counts of Child Endangerment (IA Code 726.6(7)). The victim in two of the offenses was under the age of 14. In one offense the victim was 14-years-old. He is currently being held in the Madison County Jail. There is no bond until he is seen by a judge.
